Send service-related notifications (2FA codes, password resets, report completion)
Maintain security and prevent fraud

3. Data Isolation

BESS SMS is a multi-tenant platform. Your data is isolated from other clients. Each tenant\u2019s contacts, broadcasts, and message history are accessible only to authorized users within that tenant.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Twilio to deliver SMS and WhatsApp messages. When you send a broadcast, recipient phone numbers and message content are transmitted to Twilio for delivery. Twilio\u2019s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Message history is retained for up to 3 years for regulatory and billing purposes. Deleted contacts are soft-deleted and permanently purged after 180 days. Login attempt records are retained for 90 days. Generated reports are stored for 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, two-factor authentication, session management, rate limiting, and tenant data isolation. All communications use HTTPS encryption.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Account deletion will remove your user profile and de-identify associated records.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
